Winterfest 2009: Cure the Winter Blues

Nothing to do in January? Come to Embassy Suites in downtown Lincoln for the 8th annual Winterfest Ales & Auction hosted by the Advertising Federation of Lincoln - Friday, January 16th from 6:30p to 9:30p.Proceeds from the event will benefit AFL’s public service recipient, Junior Achievement.

Guests will sample from over 50 types of beers from local brewers and distributors: Spilker Ales from Cortland, Thunderhead Brewery of Kearney, Gottberg Brew Pub from Columbus, K&Z Distributing of Lincoln, Double Eagle of Lincoln, Emyprean Ales of Lincoln, and Granite City of Lincoln. Expecting to defend their title, Spilker Ales will be hoping to repeat their 2008 win. Local restaurants will also feature their signature dishes for guests to sample. We are thrilled to announce Embassy Suites, Buzzard Billy’s and 12th Street Pub.

Make plans to join us for this great event! Winterfest, Friday, January 16th from 6:30p to 9:30p at Embassy Suites. Advance tickets available at area T.O. Haas Tire Stores for $20 ($25 at the door).
