A Letter from the President(Monday, March 1, 2010) March is here, and I can only hope that means that spring and its warmer temps are right around the corner.This month we have a lot of great activities for AAF Lincoln members to participate, so we do hope to see your face! Friday, March 12th, at Billy's Restaurant, we will rub elbows with Nebraska Legislators and decision makers when we team up with AAF Omaha for the Annual Legislative Mixer. This is a great opportunity for you to come out and represent our great industry to those that may be talking about ways to regulate it. This is your chance to have a voice in the conversation. See you there! We are proud to host Duane Crandall for our monthly membership luncheon on March 17th - bonus points for those of you that wear green! Ending out this month, AAF Lincoln will host another dose of information related to Taxes on Advertising with the great Ruth Karlsson from the Nebraska Department of Revenue. This is a good opportunity to sharpen your tax knowledge in a fun environment. By the time March is though, we will have provided some great advertising outlets for you to learn, grow and connect, and hopefully, Mother Nature will have done her part to bring some green grass and blue skies.
